Choosing the right size is not always easy... and we completely understand. 🤎

At Maison Noopy & Co, we want every companion to enjoy perfectly fitted gear. That is why we offer one complimentary size exchange per order on our Signature Collections, with return and reshipping costs covered in mainland France.

How does it work?

① Fill out this form.

② Reply to the confirmation email and attach:

  • a photo of the product in full;
  • a photo of the tags still attached.

③ Once verified, we will send you your prepaid return label.

④ As soon as we receive and inspect the product, we will ship your new size.

Eligibility conditions

To benefit from the complimentary size exchange, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • Request submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Product only tried on indoors, clean, with no hair or marks.
  • Original tags and pouch kept.
  • Only one complimentary exchange per order.
  • Exchange subject to availability of the requested size.
  • Offer available in mainland France only.

4 · Your dog's measurements (optional but recommended) These measurements let us confirm the new size will actually fit your companion, and help avoid a second exchange. Measure with a soft tape, flat against the coat.
5 · Photos and conditions

To validate your request, please reply to the confirmation email with:

  • a photo of the whole item
  • a photo of the tags still attached

Once we've checked the photos, we'll send you your prepaid return label.

The free size exchange is a commercial offer from Maison Noopy & Co, separate from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal . It only covers size changes within the same signature collection. Any request that doesn't meet the exchange conditions may be declined.
