These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) govern sales made through the website operated by:

Any order placed on this website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

1. Purpose

These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Maison Noopy & Co to consumers.

2. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are non-contractual. Maison Noopy & Co reserves the right to modify its product assortment at any time.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Shipping costs are specified before the order is confirmed. Maison Noopy & Co reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the price in force at the time of the order.

4. Orders

Order validation constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs. Maison Noopy & Co reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or suspicion of fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments are secured via the solutions offered by Shopify. Maison Noopy & Co never has access to full banking details.

6. Delivery

Delivery may be offered depending on the selected method and order amount (free from €50 for pickup point delivery and from €100 for home delivery). The exact conditions are displayed during checkout.

Products are delivered to the address provided when placing the order. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier. Maison Noopy & Co cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product.

8. Legal guarantees

The consumer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

In the event of a non-conforming or defective product, the customer may request repair, replacement or reimbursement in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

9. Retention of title

Products remain the property of Maison Noopy & Co until full payment of the price has been received.

10. Liability

The products sold are intended for pets. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the product is suitable for their animal. Maison Noopy & Co cannot be held responsible for improper use of the products.

11. Intellectual property

All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, graphics) are the exclusive property of Maison Noopy & Co. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorization.

12. Personal data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

13. Force majeure

Maison Noopy & Co cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

14. Mediation

In accordance with Articles L612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may use a consumer mediator free of charge in order to resolve a dispute amicably.

The mediator’s contact details will be provided upon request.

15. Applicable law and disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
