PRODUCTS
- How do I choose the right size for my dog?
A size guide is available on each product page when needed. We recommend measuring your dog before choosing a size to ensure a proper fit.
Accessories such as harnesses should fit properly: they should be neither too tight nor too loose. Once the product is in place, you should be able to slide about two fingers between the accessory and your dog’s body to ensure comfort and safety.
- Are the products suitable for all dog breeds?
Our products are suitable for many breeds and body types. We recommend checking the sizing information and recommendations provided on each product page to choose the item that best fits your dog.
- Are the products suitable for puppies?
Most of our accessories are also suitable for puppies, provided you choose the correct size.

- Can the colors differ from the photos?
We strive to ensure that the photographs are as accurate as possible.
However, slight color variations may occur depending on screens or lighting conditions.
- Are the products tested before being offered?
We carefully select every product.
The items offered by Maison Noopy & Co are chosen for their quality, comfort, and everyday practicality.
Some products are also thoughtfully tested by Noopy to ensure they match the spirit and standards of the boutique.
- How should I care for the products?
Care instructions may vary depending on the product. When necessary, recommendations are provided on the product page.
In general, we recommend gentle cleaning to preserve the quality and longevity of the accessories.
ORDER & PAYMENT
- What payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, and other secure payment methods offered during checkout.
All transactions are secure.
- Can I modify or cancel my order?
A modification is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible after your purchase.
DELIVERY
- What are the shipping times?
Each order is carefully prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information when available.
- Which carriers do you use?
Orders may be shipped via trusted carriers such as Colissimo or Mondial Relay, depending on the option selected during checkout.
- Is delivery free?
Yes:
- free delivery from €50 in a pickup point;
- free home delivery from €100.
For orders below these amounts, shipping fees are displayed during checkout.
- Can I modify my address after placing an order?
A modification is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if a correction is needed.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Can I return an item?
Yes. In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- What are the return conditions?
Returned items must be:
- unused;
- in their original condition;
- in their original packaging.
- How much are the return fees?
Returns are offered at a flat rate of €5. This amount is deducted from the refund.
In the event of an error on our part or a defective product, return fees will of course be covered by us.
- When will I be refunded?
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
