Shipping policy
At Maison Noopy & Co, every order is prepared with care. Below are the shipping conditions applicable to our products.
1. Shipping destinations
We ship to mainland France as well as several countries within the European Union. Available delivery zones and shipping rates are displayed during checkout.
2. Order preparation time
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected carrier. For reference:
- France: 2 to 5 business days
- European Union: 3 to 8 business days
These delivery times are provided for information only and may vary depending on the carrier or exceptional circumstances.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping is free from €50 for pickup point delivery, and from €100 for home delivery.
Below these amounts, shipping costs are calculated and displayed before the order is confirmed.
5. Order tracking
A confirmation email is sent once your order has been placed. When the parcel is shipped, a tracking number may be provided depending on the selected shipping method.
6. Delivery delay or lost parcel
Maison Noopy & Co cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
In the event of a lost parcel or delivery issue, please contact us at bonjour@noopyandco.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed.
7. Incorrect address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information. In the event of an incorrect address resulting in the parcel being returned, reshipping costs may be charged.
