At Maison Noopy & Co, every order is prepared with care. Below you'll find the shipping terms applicable to our products.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to mainland France as well as selected countries within the European Union. Eligible countries, available shipping methods, and shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the selected shipping carrier. As a general guide:
- Mainland France: 2 to 5 business days
- European Union: 3 to 8 business days
These delivery times are provided as estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier or exceptional circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
For orders shipped within mainland France, shipping is free on purchases over €65 to a pickup point, and over €120 for home delivery.
Below these thresholds, shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.
5. Order Tracking
An order confirmation email is sent once your purchase has been confirmed. When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided whenever the selected shipping method includes tracking.
6. Delayed or Lost Parcels
Maison Noopy & Co makes every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
If your parcel is lost or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us at bonjour@noopyandco.com. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address results in the parcel being returned to us, reshipping costs may be charged.
