Refund policy
At Maison Noopy & Co, we want your shopping experience to be simple and worry-free. Shipping is free from €50 for pickup point delivery and from €100 for home delivery. If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return it.
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
2. Return conditions
- The product must be unused;
- It must be returned in its original condition;
- The original packaging must be kept;
- The product must show no signs of wear.
Products must be returned complete with all their original components (packaging, accessories, manuals, etc.). Any product returned incomplete, damaged, or showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been worn, washed or used by an animal cannot be refunded.
No restocking fees are applied.
3. Return procedure
Before returning any item, please contact us at: bonjour@noopyandco.com and include your order number.
Return shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of €5.00, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
The customer remains responsible for the returned parcel until it is received by Maison Noopy & Co. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
In the event of an error on our part or a defective product, return shipping costs will be fully covered by Maison Noopy & Co.
4. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used for the original order.
If the order benefited from free shipping (depending on the selected shipping method) and after the return the remaining order value falls below the applicable threshold (€50 for pickup point delivery, €100 for home delivery), Maison Noopy & Co reserves the right to deduct the originally applied shipping costs from the refund.
Additional shipping costs (e.g. express delivery) are non-refundable.
5. Defective product or order error
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at bonjour@noopyandco.com and include photos of the product concerned.
Reporting the issue quickly helps us process your request and, where applicable, open a claim with the carrier.
This process does not affect your rights under the legal guarantees provided by applicable law, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
We will offer either an exchange or a refund depending on the situation. Return shipping costs will then be covered by Maison Noopy & Co.
6. Free gifts
As part of promotional offers, Maison Noopy & Co may include a free gift in certain orders when specific conditions are met (for example a minimum purchase amount).
In the event of a partial return that reduces the order total below the threshold required to qualify for the offer, the free gift must also be returned.
If the free gift is not returned, Maison Noopy & Co reserves the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund amount.
This condition does not apply when the return results from an error on our part or from receiving a defective product.
7. Non-returnable items
No items are sold as final sale.
However, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personalized or made-to-order products cannot be returned if such products were to be offered.
